Soccer Recap: Wissahickon Takes a Loss

If Wissahickon was feeling good fresh off their 5-0 takedown of Quakertown on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Trojans fell just short of the Hatboro-Horsham Hatters by a score of 5-4 on Wednesday. Wissahickon were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced Hatboro-Horsham earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Wissahickon's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8-3. As for Hatboro-Horsham, their win bumped their record up to 6-12-1.

Looking ahead, Wissahickon will head out to face off against Harriton at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Harriton's defense has only allowed 0.5 goals per game this season, so Wissahickon's offense will have their work cut out for them. Hatboro-Horsham does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
