Soccer Recap: Glades Day Takes a Loss

Glades Day fell victim to Atlantic Christian and their airtight defense on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Atlantic Christian Sharks by a score of 1-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Gators haven't been shut out since back in December of 2024.

Glades Day's defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 5-3-1. As for Atlantic Christian, the victory got them back to even at 5-5-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Glades Day will take on Sports Leadership & Management at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Glades Day is facing Sports Leadership & Management at the right time seeing as Sports Leadership & Management is stuck on a 15-game losing streak. As for Atlantic Christian, they will face off against South Florida HEAT at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Atlantic Christian's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for five straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.
