Kings Park won the last time they faced Shoreham-Wading River and things went their way on Friday too. The Kingsmen narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Wildcats 4-2. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Kingsmen.

Kings Park pushed their record up to 9-7 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.3 runs on average over those games. As for Shoreham-Wading River, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 7-7.
