Sweetwater had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.6 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Friday. They came out on top against the Jim Ned Indians by a score of 9-6. Nine seems to be a good number for the Mustangs as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.

The team relied heavily on Braxton Bartee, who went 1-for-3 with three RBI, one run, and one double. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high.

Sweetwater's win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 13-12. The home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.2 runs over those games. As for Jim Ned, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 17-8.

As of now, neither Sweetwater nor the Indians have any future games scheduled.
