The Gilmer Bobcats will be playing in front of their home fans against the Chestatee War Eagles at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Gilmer will be strutting in after a victory while Chestatee will be coming in after a loss.
Last Friday, Gilmer kept a clean sheet against Pickens. Everything went their way against the Dragons as they made off with a 3-0 win. The victory was just what Gilmer needed coming off of a 3-0 defeat in their prior game.

Their rough 10-0 defeat to Cherokee Bluff might stick with them for a while. While losing is never fun, Chestatee can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 365th, while Cherokee Bluff is ranked 34th).
Gilmer has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season. As for Chestatee, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12.
