Soccer Recap: Mexico Comes Up Short

After flying high against Fulton on Monday, Mexico came back down to earth. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Canton Tigers by a score of 3-2 on Tuesday. Mexico were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Canton apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Mexico has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season. As for Canton, their victory bumped their record up to 2-8.

Looking ahead, Mexico will be playing at home against St. Charles West at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Canton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
