Volleyball Game Preview: Bulls College Prep Bulls vs. Noble Street College Prep Golden Tigers

Bulls College Prep has won five straight games at home (dating back to last season), while Noble Street College Prep has won five straight on the road, but those streaks won't matter much on Monday. The Bulls will host the Golden Tigers at 5:30 p.m.

On Thursday, Bulls College Prep came up short against Kelly and fell 2-0. The match marked the first time this season in which the Bulls were not able to get on the board.

Bulls College Prep was held off the scoreboard, but that almost wasn't the case: they kept the second set very close. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 25-23.

Despite the loss, Bulls College Prep saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Noe Dominguez had 12 digs.

Meanwhile, it was close, but on Thursday Noble Street College Prep sidestepped Wells for a 2-1 win.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Noble Street College Prep got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-9, 22-25, 25-19.

Noble Street College Prep's victory bumped their record up to 6-0. As for Bulls College Prep, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 5-1.

Bulls College Prep couldn't quite get it done against Noble Street College Prep in their previous matchup back in April of 2024 as they fell 2-0. Can the Bulls avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
