Softball Recap: North Pemiscot Comes Up Short

North Pemiscot fell victim to Leopold and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Wildcats, falling 17-0. Considering the last time the Mustangs couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.

This is the second loss in a row for North Pemiscot and nudges their season record down to 1-11. As for Leopold, the win snapped their losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 11-12 record.

Leopold has already played their next match (against Campbell), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. North Pemiscot will be paying especially close attention to the Wildcats' contest: after the Wildcats face off against the Camels, they'll take on North Pemiscot again at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
