Volleyball Recap: Tri-Central Comes Up Short

Tri-Central was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Morristown Yellow Jackets. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Trojans of the 2-0 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in September of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-7, 25-10.

Tri-Central's defeat dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Morristown, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 6-10 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tri-Central will welcome Carroll at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Morristown, they will take on South Decatur at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
