Softball Recap: Omro Comes Up Short

Omro lost to North Fond du Lac on April 9th and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Foxes fell 6-1 to the Orioles. The Foxes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Omro saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kira Button, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Omro's loss dropped their record down to 5-9. As for North Fond du Lac, their victory bumped their record up to 4-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Omro will take on Laconia at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for North Fond du Lac, they will face off against Green Lake/Princeton at 4:45 p.m. on Friday.
