A feisty cat fight will be fought as the Panthers challenge the Bobcats at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Brookhaven is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 11.5 runs per game this season.

Brookhaven is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Pearl just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 8-4 to the Pirates.

Zaylee Reed made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one triple, one run, and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Friday just wasn't the day for Bogue Chitto's offense. They came up short against Wesson on Friday, falling 18-0. Surprisingly, this marked the fifth straight game that the away team has come away the victor.

Bogue Chitto now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Brookhaven, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-4.

Everything went Brookhaven's way against Bogue Chitto in their previous meeting back in April of 2024, as Brookhaven made off with a 17-9 win. Does Brookhaven have another victory up their sleeve, or will Bogue Chitto turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
