Peak to Peak waltzed into their contest on Thursday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. Everything went their way against the Eagle Ridge Academy Warriors as they made off with a 68-48 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Pumas, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Peak to Peak to victory, but perhaps none more so than Tysen Burton, who went 7-for-14 en route to 16 points along with six assists and six boards. Burton has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last seven times he's played. Another player making a difference was Elijah Eschmeyer, who went 7-for-16 to rack up 17 points and three blocks.

Burton wasn't the only one working in the assist department: Peak to Peak was working as a unit and finished the game with 25 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Peak to Peak's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 18-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.2 points over those games. As for Eagle Ridge Academy, they have been struggling recently as they've lost 12 of their last 14 matches, which has put a noticeable dent in their 4-16 record this season.

Peak to Peak didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 86-44 loss against Kent Denver on the 18th. As for Eagle Ridge Academy, they will head out to take on The Academy at 7:00 p.m. on February 20th. The Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59.8 points per game this season.
