After a string of four wins, Conway Christian's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell 7-2 to the South Side Hornet. Having soared to a lofty 15 runs in the game before, the Eagles couldn't push the score so high this time.

Xander Stone made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two doubles and two RBI.

Conway Christian's loss dropped their record down to 10-3. As for South Side, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Conway Christian will take on Maumelle Charter at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Side, they will challenge West Side at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
