Basketball Recap: Bradley-Bourbonnais Comes Up Short

Bradley-Bourbonnais lost against Lincoln-Way East back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Bradley-Bourbonnais Boilermakers were dealt a 59-21 loss at the hands of the Lincoln-Way East Griffins. While losing is never fun, the Boilermakers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 412th, while the Griffins are ranked 75th).

Bradley-Bourbonnais dropped their record down to 4-21 with the defeat, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Lincoln-Way East, their win bumped their record up to 18-12.

Coming up, Bradley-Bourbonnais will take on Beecher at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lincoln-Way East, they will challenge Lincoln-Way Central at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Lincoln-Way East is facing Lincoln-Way Central at the right time seeing as Lincoln-Way Central is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
