Recap: Castlewood Warriors vs. Florence/Henry Falcons
The Castlewood Warriors lost against the Florence/Henry Falcons back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Castlewood took a 45-26 bruising from Florence/Henry. Castlewood has struggled against Florence/Henry recently, as their game on Tuesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Castlewood used a three-pronged attack on offense:
Kylie Wittnebel,
Presley Knecht, and
Gracie Haug posted five points each. Wittnebel also led the team in rebounds with four.
Castlewood's loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 7-10. As for Florence/Henry, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 15-3.
Castlewood will be playing at home against Deubrook at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Castlewood focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 21 on Tuesday. As for Florence/Henry, they will head out on the road to challenge Roncalli at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
