Volleyball Recap: Academy at Palumbo Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

Academy at Palumbo and Northeast squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Academy at Palumbo had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Vikings. The loss continues a trend for the Griffin in their meetings with the Vikings: they've now lost six in a row.

Academy at Palumbo now has a losing record of 10-11. As for Northeast, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-3 record this season.

As of now, neither Academy at Palumbo nor Northeast have any future games scheduled.
