Easton Area skates past Louis E. Dieruff with ease

The Easton Area Rovers's game last Thursday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They breezed by Louis E. Dieruff at home to the tune of 61-27. That 34 points margin sets a new team best for Easton Area this season.
Easton Area had a senior duo take command as Jeremy Henry scored 19 points and Ryan Cornish scored 13 points. That's the first time this season that Henry scored 15 or more points. Tyshaun Dunlap was another key contributor, scoring six points.
Easton Area's win bumped their record up to 6-10. As for Louis E. Dieruff, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Easton Area will face off against East Stroudsburg North at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. East Stroudsburg North presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Easton Area in Pennsylvania (East Stroudsburg North is ranked 164th, while Easton Area is ranked 369th). As for Louis E. Dieruff, they will head out on the road to face off against Pocono Mountain East at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
