Lena-Winslow had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against the Stillman Valley Cardinals by a score of 8-5 on Tuesday. For the Panthers, this counts as revenge for the 12-1 win the Cardinals walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2024.

Luke Madigan made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit.
