Volleyball Recap: La Mirada Matadores vs. Norwalk Lancers
La Mirada was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss. They came up short against the Norwalk Lancers, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lancers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on September 11th.
La Mirada's defeat dropped their record down to 1-18. As for Norwalk, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-8 record this season.
