Basketball Game Preview: Allendale-Fairfax Tigers vs. Ridgeland

The Allendale-Fairfax Tigers are taking a road trip to square off against Ridgeland at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Ridgeland took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Allendale-Fairfax, who comes in off a win.

It was a proper cat-fight when Allendale-Fairfax challenged Edisto on Friday. Allendale-Fairfax took down Edisto 36-18. That 18 point margin sets a new team best for the Tigers this season.

Meanwhile, Ridgeland was not able to break out of their rough patch two weeks ago as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They fell 51-41 to Colleton County. One positive for Ridgeland, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Allendale-Fairfax is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 3-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.5 points per game. As for Ridgeland, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-6.
