Basketball Recap: Wando's Luck Changes for the Better on Saturday

It may have taken double overtime to finish the job, but Wando ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They walked away with a 72-65 victory over the Bishop England Battling Bishops. The win was some much needed relief for the Warriors as it spelled an end to their eight-game losing streak.

Wando's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Khairi Richardson led the charge by going 7 for 16 on his way to 18 points and four steals. Tait Horine was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on 14 points and nine assists.
