Trabuco Hills posted their closest win since February 22nd on Thursday. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the San Juan Hills Stallions 9-7. For the Mustangs, this counts as revenge for the 1-0 win the Stallions walked away with the last time they faced one another back in February of 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for Trabuco Hills and bumps their season record up to 10-8. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for San Juan Hills, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.
