Volleyball Recap: Oswego Takes a Loss

Oswego was the 2-0 winner over Bolingbrook when they last played one another back in October of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers fell just short of the Raiders by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Panthers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Bolingbrook can attribute much of their success to Alexis Jacob, who had eight digs and two aces. That's the most aces Jacob has posted over her last 11 matchups.

Oswego's loss dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Bolingbrook, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.

Oswego didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Minooka on the 30th. As for Bolingbrook, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 2-0 win against Romeoville on the 30th.
