While Marinette put up plenty of runs on Saturday, the same can't be said for Menominee. The Marines blew past the Maroons 18-0. That 18 run margin sets a new team best for the Marines this season.

Marinette's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-1.

Looking ahead, Marinette will venture away from home to take on Southern Door at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The Eagles will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Marines surely won't give up without a fight. As for Menominee, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 9-8 loss against Peshtigo on the 12th.
