Basketball Recap: Georgetown-Ridge Farm Takes a Loss

Georgetown-Ridge Farm was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 37-28 to the Salt Fork Storm. Sadly, that's the third time they've come up short against the Buffaloes this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 51-36 two weeks ago.

Georgetown-Ridge Farm's record now sits at 3-19. As for Salt Fork, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Georgetown-Ridge Farm has already played their next matchup (against Oakwood), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Salt Fork will challenge Westville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
