Haverford is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Marple Newtown, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-0.
Monday's match will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Haverford hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .379. However, it's not like Marple Newtown struggles in that department as they've averaged .375. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
