Deion Turner Has Career-Day on Friday
Starting off the list is Montbello's Deion Turner, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. On Friday Turner rushed for 113 yards and three touchdowns, and also picked up 91 receiving yards, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process.
Montbello dropped their record down to 1-7 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home. Turner and Montbello will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Thomas Jefferson at 7:00 p.m. on November 1st.
