The Cardinals were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Timberwolves apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2023.

Chippewa Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 13-6-1. As for Tomah, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-13 record this season.

Chippewa Falls will challenge New Richmond at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Tomah, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-6 loss against Wausau West on the 17th.
