Softball Recap: West Henderson Comes Up Short

West Henderson managed to slip by McDowell the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Falcons lost 16-1 to the Titans on Friday. The pitching woes were uncharacteristic for the Falcons, who until this game were averaging 3.57 runs allowed.

Makena Henderson made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-3 with one home run.

West Henderson's loss dropped their record down to 18-3. As for McDowell, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 13-8 record this season.

As of now, neither West Henderson nor McDowell have any future games scheduled.
