That was a full 41.7% of KIPP Somos Collegiate's points, marking the third time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of TyKirah Steele, who had nine points.

Meanwhile, IDEA Burke College Prep had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They lost 44-19 to KIPP Somos Collegiate back in November.

KIPP Somos Collegiate's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for IDEA Burke College Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 0-1.

KIPP Somos Collegiate took their victory against IDEA Burke College Prep in their previous meeting back in November by a conclusive 44-19. The rematch might be a little tougher for KIPP Somos Collegiate since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
