 Rangely has been on the road for two straight, but  on Thursday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Aspen Skiers at 2:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Rangely is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 10.9  runs per game  this season.
 Rangely is headed into the  match fresh off scoring the most  runs they have all season. They walked away with  a   21-18  win over Dove Creek  on Saturday.
  Landon Carlson was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he  struck out six batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   two  hits. Carlson was also stellar in the batter's box,  scoring three  runs while going 5-for-6.
 In other batting news,  Dalton LeBleu was  excellent,  scoring two  runs while  getting on base  in three of his six plate appearances.
 Meanwhile,  after some red-hot attacks at the plate in their last three contests, Aspen finally came back down to earth  on Tuesday. They fell victim to a  tough 8-2 defeat at the hands of Roaring Fork. The  loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Aspen in their matchups with Roaring Fork: they've now lost four in a row.
 Rangely pushed their record up to 4-4 with that  victory, which was their third straight  on the road. As for Aspen, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 4-4.
 Rangely skirted past Aspen  19-18 in their previous meeting  back in April of 2022. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Aspen's  Jeremiah Swenson, who  scored three  runs and  stole a base while  getting on base  in all five of his plate appearances.
