Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Burbank). They blew past the Glendale Nitros 15-5 on Friday. Winning may never get old, but the Bulldogs sure are getting used to it with their sixth in a row.

Burbank's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 7-5. The road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Glendale, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-15.

Coincidentally, Burbank and Glendale will both be playing Muir the next time they take the field. The Bulldogs will host the Mustangs at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Nitros will host them at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
