Basketball Recap: Jackson Takes a Loss

On Saturday, the Jackson Vikings ended up a good deal behind the Davison Cardinals and lost 50-33.

Despite the loss, Jackson saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Berkley Drummond posted 15 points.

Jackson now has a losing record at 9-10. As for Davison, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 7-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Jackson will head out to challenge Chelsea at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Davison, they will take on Heritage at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
