Logan strolled into their game on Saturday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They came within six points of losing the streak, but they secured a 79-73 W against the Santa Rosa Lions. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 71-66 last Friday.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Logan to victory, but perhaps none more so than Hayden Bruhn, who dropped a double-double with 31 points and 13 rebounds. The matchup was Bruhn's 12th in a row with at least 16 points. Another player making a difference was Mason Wallin, who shot 53% from the field on his way to 23 points and eight boards.

Logan's win bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Santa Rosa, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-3.

Logan will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Texline at 6:00 p.m. on January 2, 2026. As for Santa Rosa, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 83-59 victory against Penasco on the 22nd.
