Volleyball Recap: Waseca Comes Up Short

Waseca was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial Knights, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Knights this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 two weeks ago.

Waseca's loss dropped their record down to 3-18. As for Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 18-4.

Waseca does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 victory against Central on the 23rd.
