There's no place like home for Greenwood Mennonite, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. They came out on top against the West Nottingham Rams by a score of 7-5 on Monday. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for Greenwood Mennonite considering their one-goal performance the match before.

Their offense was hitting West Nottingham from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Carter Long led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for two goals all by himself.

Greenwood Mennonite's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for West Nottingham, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Greenwood Mennonite didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Faith Baptist School on the 30th. As for West Nottingham, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Avon Grove Charter at 5:00 p.m. on the 14th.
