Baseball Game Preview: Stryker Panthers vs. Tinora Rams

The Stryker Panthers will face off against the Tinora Rams at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Stryker is looking for their season's first win.

It was a proper cat-fight when Stryker faced off against Holgate on Thursday. The Panthers came up short against the Tigers, falling 11-3.

Jacob Myers made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with four stolen bases and two runs. He has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last four times he's played. Daniel Donovan was another key player, getting on base in all three of his plate appearances with one double and one RBI.

Meanwhile, Tinora didn't have quite enough to beat Edgerton on Thursday and fell 5-3.

Stryker's loss dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Tinora, their defeat ended a five-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 6-4-1.
