Baseball Recap: Lowcountry Leadership Comes Up Short

Lowcountry Leadership came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They came up short against the Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics Wildcats, falling 16-2. The NaviGators were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in March of 2024.

Lowcountry Leadership's defeat dropped their record down to 7-6. As for Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics, their record now sits at 10-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lowcountry Leadership will venture away from home to face off against James Madison at 2:00 p.m. on Monday. The Warhawks will roll in looking for their fifth straight win, something the NaviGators surely won't give up without a fight. As for Lowcountry Wildcats Athletics, they will head out on the road to square off against Coastal HomeSchool at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday.
