Burlingame won the last time they faced West Franklin and things went their way on Friday too. The Burlingame Bearcats walked away with a 64-54 victory over the West Franklin Falcons. Given the Bearcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Kansas basketball rankings (they are ranked 100th, while the Falcons are ranked 225th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

The win made it two in a row for Burlingame and bumps their season record up to 14-3. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.0 points over those games. As for West Franklin, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-11.

Burlingame does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for West Franklin, they will head out on the road to face off against Central Heights at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
