Gilmer has gone 9-1 against Chapel Hill recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Gilmer Buckeyes will head out to challenge the Chapel Hill Bulldogs at 5:45 p.m.

On Friday, Gilmer opened the new year with a less-than-successful 44-35 loss to Henderson.

Meanwhile, Chapel Hill couldn't have asked for a better start to 2025 than the 61-33 blowout they got against Cumberland Academy. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Gilmer dropped their record down to 3-17 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home. As for Chapel Hill, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 15-8 record this season.

Gilmer skirted past Chapel Hill 47-45 when the teams last played back in February of 2024. Will Gilmer repeat their success, or does Chapel Hill have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
