Basketball Recap: Kalamazoo HomeSchool Comes Up Short

Kalamazoo HomeSchool suffered their biggest loss since January 7th on Friday. They were beaten by HEA Firebirds HomeSchool 93-61. While losing is never fun, the Cougars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 502nd, while HEA Firebirds HomeSchool are ranked 68th).

Kalamazoo HomeSchool's defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 11-15. As for HEA Firebirds HomeSchool, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 28-3.

Kalamazoo HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for HEA Firebirds HomeSchool, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 79-40 win against Christ the King on the 15th.
