Adena won the last time they faced Paint Valley and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Warriors came out on top against the Bearcats by a score of 11-6. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Warriors.

Adriana Guarnieri was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs, two stolen bases, and two doubles. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Marly Halcomb, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, one stolen base, and one double.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Adena kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are a perfect 6-0 when they post 11 or more hits.

Adena's win bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Paint Valley, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-12.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Adena will face off against rival Piketon at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. The Warriors are on a three-game streak of home wins, the Redstreaks a seven-game streak of away wins, meaning someone's leaving a streak behind. Meanwhile, Paint Valley is set to challenge their familiar foe Huntington at 5:15 p.m. on Friday.
