After flying high against Smiths Station on Friday, Buckhorn came back down to earth. The Buckhorn Bucks fell just short of the Central Red Devils by a score of 1-0 on Saturday. The Bucks' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Buckhorn's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Central, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

Coming up, Buckhorn will take on Scottsboro in a tournament on Saturday. As for Central, they will be taking part in a tournament against Smiths Station at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Central is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.9 goals per game this season.
