Burroughs won the last time they faced Bishop Union and things went their way on Thursday too. The Burros put the hurt on the Broncos with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Burros.

While Burroughs won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. The final score came out to 25-10, 25-22, 25-16.

Kyla Chilbes paced Burroughs' offense, picking up ten kills. Chilbes got some help from Alexa Santiago and her 18 assists. Jordyn Phillips controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Burroughs' victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Bishop Union, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Looking ahead, Burroughs will face off against Kern Valley at 2:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bishop Union, they will take on Immanuel Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
