First Baptist School extended their postseason success on Monday against Augusta Christian. They claimed a resounding 75-47 victory over the Augusta Christian Lions. The Hurricanes have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 21 games by 20 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Augusta Christian had strong showings from Kennedy Cooper, who on her way to 16 points, and Taylor Booker, who posted four points and 11 rebounds. The dominant performance also gave Cooper a new career-high in three-point shooting accuracy (80%). Another player making a difference was Savannah Witt, who put up seven points.

The win (which was First Baptist School's 15th in a row) raised their record to 28-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 39.9 points. As for Augusta Christian, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-15.

First Baptist School didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 54-52 victory against Heathwood Hall Episcopal on the 19th. Augusta Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
