Softball Recap: Harrison Raiders vs. Kokomo Wildkats        
        
		
            
 In what's become a running theme this season, Harrison gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Kokomo Wildkats  a   14-0 shutout. Winning may never get old, but Harrison sure is getting used to it with their fourth in a row.
  Rylan Gick made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she  didn't allow a single  earned run and  only two  hits while striking out ten over five innings pitched. Gick has been consistent recently: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in seven consecutive pitching appearances. Gick was also big at the plate,  getting on base  in all three of her plate appearances with a  double.
 In other batting news,  Becca Knight was  incredible,  going 3-for-3 with six  RBI, two  triples,  and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  Whitney Duell, who  went 3-for-3 with two  runs, a  triple,  and  an  RBI.
 Harrison is  on a roll lately: they've  won ten of their last 11 matches,  which provided a nice bump to their 18-3 record  this season. As for Kokomo, their defeat dropped their record down to 11-11.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Harrison will stay at home for another  game and welcome Western at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday. Kokomo will take on Lewis Cass at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
