Volleyball Recap: Knoxville Christian's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Three

Knoxville Christian had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Knoxville A Ambassadors. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 back in September.

Knoxville Christian easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-10.

Savanah Dunham paced Knoxville Christian's offense, picking up 12 kills. Dunham got some help from Lily Warren and her 24 assists. Bea Dunham controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Knoxville Christian's record is now 15-8. As for Knoxville A, they dropped their record down to 1-12 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, Knoxville Christian and Knoxville A will both be playing Maryville Christian the next time they take the court. The Ambassadors will host the Eagles at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while the Knights will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
