Roosevelt won the last time they faced Torres and things went their way on Thursday too. The Rough Riders came out on top against the Toros by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rough Riders.

While Roosevelt might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Torres scored at least 19 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-22, 20-25, 25-19, 25-22.

Roosevelt's win bumped their record up to 7-15. As for Torres, they dropped their record down to 12-25 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, Roosevelt will square off against Madera South at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Stallions will roll in looking for their sixth straight victory, something the Rough Riders surely won't give up without a fight. As for Torres, they will face off against Fresno at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
