Basketball Recap: Riverside Takes a Loss

Riverside was the 56-38 winner over Logan-Magnolia when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Riverside Bulldogs fell 59-51 to the Logan-Magnolia Panthers on Friday.

Riverside suffered their first home defeat, dropping their record down to 3-2. As for Logan-Magnolia, they now have a winning record of 4-3.

Riverside will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Audubon at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Logan-Magnolia will also get a bit of a break before their next contest: they'll face off against AHSTW at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. One thing working in Logan-Magnolia's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points every time they've taken the court this season.
