Peabody put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They claimed a resounding 56-0 win over the Douglass Red Devils. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Golden Tide's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee football rankings (they are ranked 138th, while the Red Devils are ranked 348th).

Peabody's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Douglass, their loss dropped their record down to 0-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Peabody will host Union City on Friday. As for Douglass, they will welcome Bolton at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
